REASON
I have chosen this selective group of people because they would make the night unpredictable and one to remember.
Russell Howard is a comedian which means there would be lots of laughs all night.
Chris Martin is the lead singer of Coldplay so there would be some good entertainment  for the night.
Adam Savani is an actor and a break dancer so it would be fun to watch when people get drunk and try to copy him.
Peter Griffin is a cartoon character that is always getting into funny situations which would be fun to see him get out of one.
Barney Stinson is a lady's man so it would be fun to have a drink with him in a pub.
Katy Perry is a singer which is good because when Chris Martin stops singing she can give the guest a tune.


Menu


Starter: sweet potato and red pepper soup with cream

Main: chicken stuffed with haggis wrapped in bacon and served with roast potatoes, peas and carrot and turnip mash.

Dessert: sponge cake with jam and cream filling, marzipan icing and sprayed with edible gold flakes and served with custard or cream.

Drinks: Different cocktail for each course.

Reason

I have chosen these three courses because they are some of my favourite dishes, they are packed full of amazing flavours and smells, are simple and easy to prepare and cook, and are nice and colourful also the tastes of the dishes go well together.

Preparation


To prepare for the meal i would cook and put together the cake and make and chill the soup the day before.
I would set up the table the morning of the party and reheat the soup and make the cocktails just before the guests arrive.

Location


I would host my party on the international space station because it has never been done before, it would be fun to float around in zero gravity. It would also be funny to try to prepare and cook the food i also think the stars and planets would make a good back drop for the party.

Tiramisu- it is a nice creamy dessert with chocolate dusted on top.

Fish supper- nice crispy batter with soft fish in the center with crispy chips.

 Roasted rhino- crispy skin with nice juicey meat on the inside .






Fruit salad- nice soft texture with plenty of differnt flavours.



Beef stew- nice soft vegatables with beef that falls apart and nice thick gravey.
